What webshop owners really want to know.

OSS = One-Stop Shop. Instead of registering for VAT in every EU country, you file one combined quarterly return with the Dutch tax office. We split orders per country, apply the right local rate, and submit automatically.
No — only if you hold physical stock in that country (think Amazon FBA). Otherwise OSS is enough. For Pan-EU FBA users we help with the extra registrations (DE, FR, IT, ES, PL).
A reverse-charge mechanism: on imports from outside the EU you don't pay VAT at customs, only on your VAT return. Cashflow win = no pre-financing. We handle the application (free with your plan).
On every return we auto-issue the credit note, correct the VAT, and adjust stock. Same for partial refunds on damaged deliveries.
