What employers really want to know.

€7.50 per employee per month, on top of your regular plan. Includes: payslips, payroll filing, year-end statements and SEPA batch. No extra fees for changes or new hires.

Every legally declared CAO in NL — construction, hospitality, retail, SME metal, hairdressing, cleaning, etc. Your industry not listed? We add it in 1-2 business days.

Report via the portal or WhatsApp. We file with the occupational health service, adjust the payslip (70%/100% continued pay), and track the reintegration obligations.

Holiday pay (8%) is set aside monthly and paid out automatically in May. Year-end bonus follows your CAO or contract — we calculate and pay it out.

We have a separate process — first connect with our HR partner for the legal route (UWV or settlement agreement), we then handle the final settlement and deregistration.

Absolutely. Your staff record moves with you — payroll history, holiday entitlements, pension accrual all stay intact. We guide the transition and the tax-office notification.
